But her parents believed in her and encouraged her to go to school, to be her best, be strong, not hate, and study hard. In high school Kateh felt a “knowing” that she needed Christ in her life. She was filled with peace as if a weight had been lifted from her. After she finished college she was confident that God would take care of her. Her destiny was not to climb the corporate ladder but to do missionary work. God told her to go to the bush in Northern Uganda and feed hungry people.
